
Once again I've been a lazy blogger and haven't been updating my progress but there wasn't a whole lot to mention as I have been having some smallish losses lately, totally deserved though. The thing with me is when I have slow losses, I never blame a plateau but take total and full responsibility for my actions knowing full well, I've just been plain eating too much and not exercising properly. This past week, I had next to no time to exercise but I was working on refinishing my front step for 4 nights straight in addition to working 11 days straight so I think all that time made up for my lack of gym time. I didn't journal as faithfully as I normally do but I knew I was within my points as I was carefully watching my food intake and making better choices fairly consistent throughout the week. I knew I was going to have a pretty good week as I peeked at my scale at home and it showed a loss but I never count on it's accuracy. Well I got to my WI this week and it showed me down a whopping 5.8 lbs which brought me to a grand total of 100.8 lbs down!!!!!!! :-) I was so freaking excited I couldn't even believe it! I was not expecting to reach this goal on this WI so I wasn't really prepared for it but I was freaking out all day about it and was just so proud that I had reached this crazy milestone in my journey. You just never believe you're ever going to get there and then it actually happened. I'm still amazed! Now, it's been a couple of days since and lord! have I been doing some damage eating wise so I will be doing the damage control the rest of the week so I don't look like a moron on WI day this week. So, Yay ME!!!!
